Sarah Mathews is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is able to see clients via telehealth in Texas and Florida. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and joining them on their journey. With a holistic approach, Sarah wants to help clients live joy-filled, hope-full lives. 

 

Sarah is trained in Perinatal Mental Health. She has years of experience helping clients navigate through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and learning how to cope well. Sarah will walk with you through the hard and celebrate all the victories along the way. Sarah also has 15 years of experience working with the adoption community.
